Disability support

AccessCare is committed to supporting people under the age of 65 with disabilities who are unable to benefit from the NDIS.

We can assist with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, meal preparation, light housework and transport as required.

In some situations, we can also assist in transitioning people onto the NDIS and provide short term support during the transition. This is known as the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) and is funded by the Victorian Government and Kingston Council.
