AccessCare is growing and will soon provide high-quality care for seniors within Frankston City Council. From July 1 AccessCare will extend our service area into Frankston City.

The Autumn edition of My Life, My Way is out now! In this edition, we have an important announcement about AccessCare expanding services to Frankston City Council. This will ensure our long-term sustainability and ability to provide care and support to older residents into the future. The Federal Government will provide funding for the services and the AccessCare team will be expanding to support our new clients.
