We are excited to announce the launch of AccessCare’s new app and smart IVR phone service. 


What can I do on the app?

  • access your roster / schedule of services whenever it suits you
  • communicate via SMS number to the customer service team
  • request service changes via sms
  • call a dedicated phone line to automatically hear your next scheduled services 
Our new app has been developed to enhance communication with you and your family. Through the app you will have access to your scheduled services (your roster) at any time. You will also be able to communicate with AccessCare through the app via sms and request new services, or amend existing arrangements on the app.


You may have a family member who you wish to give permission to access the app and view your information. The app allows authorised family members to access the app and see the same information that you do. 


AccessCare is also offering an SMS communication service to all mobile phone users. We will send out SMS messages to notify you if there are any last minute changes to your service.
If you prefer to communicate via SMS, you can now SMS requests into the Customer Service team. When you’re busy and don’t have time to pick up the phone or answer calls, you can communicate quickly and easily with the Customer Service Team via SMS Message.


The same customer care team will be looking after your schedule and requests. We’re still a just a phone call away, we’ve just made it easier for you to manage your service.
