Who is eligible for our services? Frail older people, younger people living with a disability and carers who require support may be able to use our services. Local Government areas covered: We service people living in the Cities of: • Kingston • Bayside • Glen Eira • Port Phillip • Stonnington Some services also extend to the City of Frankston and Mornington Peninsula Shire. Is there a fee charged for our services? A fee can be charged for some of our services. This will depend on the ability to pay and the program referred to. Fees collected are used to help pay for the cost of care.
