Southern Privacy Statement
- Personal information collected by AccessCare Southern is used for
the purpose of providing agreed community care services, as specified
in the Privacy Principles and Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth), the
Information Privacy Act 2000 (Victoria) and the Health Records Act
2001 (Victoria).
- Personal information will be held securely and used solely by AccessCare
Southern for these purposes and/or directly related purposes. AccessCare
Southern may disclose this information to other organisations if required
or permitted by legislation. Users of AccessCare's services understand
that the personal information provided is for the above purpose and
that he or she may apply to AccessCare Southern for access to and/or
amendment of the information.
- Requests for access and/or correction should be made to AccessCare
Southern’s Privacy Officer. AccessCare Southern is auspiced
